Merge, split, rotate, reorder, number, watermark — the PDF jobs that shouldn't require installing anything or creating an account, and certainly shouldn't require handing your document to a stranger.

That last part is the whole point of these tools. Every operation here happens inside your browser using your own computer's processing. Your file is never uploaded, never sits on someone else's disk, and never needs deleting afterwards, because it was never anywhere else. Most online PDF services work the opposite way: you upload, they process, they promise to delete it later. For a contract, a payslip or a medical letter, that difference is worth caring about.
