Copy one line of HTML. No sign-up, no account, no cost, and nothing to maintain — when tax rates change, every calculator updates itself.
If you're a mortgage broker, conveyancer, accountant or estate agent, your clients keep asking the same questions: what will the monthly payment be, how much stamp duty is due, what does that salary actually pay. A calculator on your own page answers them before anyone picks up the phone.
These are the same calculators that run on gazza.ltd. They work on phones, they need no plugin, and they don't collect anything about your visitors — every figure is worked out in the browser, so nothing is sent anywhere.
The second line is the credit link. Please keep it — it's the only thing we ask in return, and it's what pays for the calculators being free.
Too tall or too short? Change theheight="620" number in the code above. If you see a scrollbar inside the calculator, increase it; if there's a gap underneath, reduce it. Everything else can stay as it is.

How to add it to your site
WordPress
Edit the page, add a Custom HTML block, and paste the code in. In the older Classic editor, switch from Visual to Text first. You don't need a plugin.
Squarespace
Edit the page, add a Code block, paste the code, and save. Code blocks are available on all paid plans.
Wix
Add → Embed Code → Embed HTML, choose "Code", and paste. Drag the box out to at least the height given in the snippet or the calculator will be cut off.
Anything else
Paste it wherever HTML goes. It's a plain iframe with no scripts and no dependencies, so it works in almost any content editor, email platform or site builder that permits custom HTML.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes, and there's no catch to find later. The calculators are funded by advertising on gazza.ltd itself. The embedded version carries no adverts at all — just the credit link.
Do I have to update it when tax rates change?
No, and this is the main reason to embed rather than build your own. The calculator is served from gazza.ltd, so when a Budget changes stamp duty we update it once and your page is correct within minutes. You do nothing. Our figures were last verified on 4 August 2026 and the date is shown inside the calculator so your visitors can see it too.
Will it slow my page down?
Barely. The snippet uses lazy loading, so the calculator only loads if a visitor scrolls to it. There are no tracking scripts and no external fonts.
Does it collect data about my visitors?
No. Every calculation happens in the visitor's own browser. Nothing they type is sent to us or stored anywhere, so embedding this doesn't add anything to your cookie banner or privacy policy.
Can I change how it looks?
You can set the width and height in the snippet, and adjust the border in the inline style. The calculator itself inherits our styling. If you need something to match your brand more closely, tell us what you need.
Can I remove the credit link?
We'd rather you didn't. It costs you one small line and it's the entire reason we can offer this for nothing. See theembed terms for the full picture.
